The Region will ONLY accept ELECTRONIC BID SUBMISSIONS submitted through the Region’s Bids and Tenders website for this Request for Tender. HARD COPY BID SUBMISSIONS WILL NOT BE ACCEPTED. The following is a list of pre-qualified contractors that have been approved to bid on this Request for Tender under Request for Pre-Qualification No. RFPQ-435-21 : • Selectra Inc. • Ferguson Electric Company Ltd. • Black & McDonald Limited Any Bids received from Bidders not listed above shall be rejected from further consideration. BRIEF DESCRIPTION OF WORK - The Work includes, but is not limited to, electrical upgrades at the Sherwood Forest Pumping Station and Holland Landing West Elevated Tank located at 19141 Highway 11 in the Town of East Gwillimbury:
DEPOSIT: All Bids shall be accompanied by a digital Bid Bond in the amount of $150,000.00 and a digital Undertaking to Bond. The forms of Bid Bond and Undertaking to Bond acceptable to the Region are attached as Schedules A and B to the Bid Form. CERTIFICATE OF RECOGNITION (CORTM): Any Bids received from Bidders who are not CORTM certified, who have not obtained CORTM equivalency or who have not submitted a valid Letter of Reciprocity shall be rejected from further consideration. MEETING: A meeting for all potential Bidders will be held on April 6th, 2022 commencing at 9:00 am at the Sherwood Forest Pumping Station, 19141 11, Holland Landing, Town of East Gwillimbury (Pear Blossom Way and Tesla Cres.).
