The Region will ONLY accept ELECTRONIC BID SUBMISSIONS submitted through the Region’s Bids and Tenders website for this Request for Proposal. HARD COPY BID SUBMISSIONS WILL NOT BE ACCEPTED.

BRIEF DESCRIPTION OF WORK - provision of emergency and/or restoration services in the event of damage to Regional owned or leased properties through water, fire or other perils.

A meeting for all potential Bidders will be held on January 11, 2019 at 17250 Yonge Street, Newmarket, ON, in the Procurement Office Boardroom #12020, starting at 1:00 p.m.

Re: Award of Contract No. P-18-25 - Property Emergency and Restoration Services

On behalf of the Council of The Regional Municipality of York, I wish to advise that the bid received from First General Enterprises (Ontario) Ltd. for Contract No. P-18-25 for Property Emergency and Restoration Services has been accepted in the amount of $1,704,000.00, excluding HST, for a contract term of five years.
