This RFSQ is being advertised on the Region’s bidding system at http://york.bidsandtenders.ca (the “Bidding Website”). Respondents will be able to download the RFSQ documents and addenda directly from the Bidding Website if they have a vendor account. If respondents do not have a vendor account, they may contact the Region’s Purchasing Representative at Michelle.Doiron@york.ca to advise that they wish to bid on RFSQ-1491-24 and obtain copies of the RFSQ documents and addenda.

BRIEF DESCRIPTION OF WORK: Provision of private practice dental services (general dentists, oral surgeons, endodontists, and denturists) for clients enrolled in the Ontario Seniors Dental Care Program (OSDCP). Services provided will be at the private dental office(s), with the private practice providing staff and the necessary supplies and equipment to provide dental services.

MANDATORY REQUIREMENT: Respondents must comply with all mandatory technical requirements outlined in the RFSQ, Appendix A, section D. Mandatory Technical Requirements. Responses that do not comply with all mandatory technical requirements will be rejected as non-compliant for failure to meet a Mandatory Technical Requirement.

MEETING:  Respondents are invited to attend a virtual information meeting to be held on July 18, 2024, at 2:00 PM EST. The date and time of the information meeting is also set out on the Bidding Website.                                       Attendance is NOT mandatory.

                    To attend the information meeting, respondents should express their intent to do so in writing via email to the Region’s Purchasing Representative.
