The Region will ONLY accept ELECTRONIC BID SUBMISSIONS submitted through the Region’s Bids and Tenders website for this Request for Tender. HARD COPY BID SUBMISSIONS WILL NOT BE ACCEPTED. BRIEF DESCRIPTION OF WORK - The Work includes, but is not limited to, culvert removal and replacement at the following locations in the Region of York: Metro Road, 8m north of Nidia Drive in the Town of Georgina, Old Homestead Road, 305m east of The Queensway in the Town of Georgina, Kennedy Road, 639m north of Pollock Road in the Town of Georgina, Lloydtown-Aurora Road, 560m east of 7th Concession in the Township of King, Leslie Street, 47m south of Jeffrey Crescent in the Town of East Gwillimbury, Weston Road, 30m north of 17th Sideroad in the Township of King, and 14th Avenue, 105m east of Reesor Road in the City of Markham. DEPOSIT: All Bids shall be accompanied by a digital Bid Bond in the amount of $75,000.00 and a digital Undertaking to Bond. The forms of Bid Bond and Undertaking to Bond acceptable to the Region are attached as Schedules A and B to the Bid Form. CERTIFICATE OF RECOGNITION (CORTM): Any Bids received from Bidders who have not registered for the CORTM Safety Program with the IHSA shall be rejected from further consideration.
