The Region will ONLY accept ELECTRONIC BID SUBMISSIONS submitted through the Region’s Bids and Tenders website for this Request for Tender. HARD COPY BID SUBMISSIONS WILL NOT BE ACCEPTED. BRIEF DESCRIPTION OF WORK: To supply all labour, equipment and material necessary to undertake water well drilling and aquifer testing services as it relates to groundwater supply exploration, testing and development at three sites in the Community of Nobleton. PREQUALIFICATION REQUIRED: The following is a list of prequalified contractors that have been approved to bid on this Request for Tender under Request for Prequalification No. RFPQ-848-22. 1. Aquatech Dewatering Company Inc. PREQUALIFIED SUBCONTRACTORS: The Well Drilling portion of the Deliverables must be completed by one of the following Well Drilling subcontractors prequalified under Request for Prequalification No. 848-22: • Aardvark Drilling Inc.
• Aquatech Dewatering Company Inc. Any bids received from bidders not listed above shall be rejected from further consideration. MANDATORY REQUIREMENT: Any bids received from prequalified contractor bidders who are not Certificate of Recognition (COR) certified, who have not obtained COR equivalency or who have not submitted a valid Letter of Reciprocity shall be rejected from further consideration. MEETING DETAILS:
DEPOSIT: All Bids shall be accompanied by a bid deposit in the amount of (forty thousand) $40,000.00 in the form of a digital Bid Bond from a recognized guarantee or surety company acceptable to the Region and authorized by law to do business in the Province of Ontario. Bidders shall submit a digital Undertaking to Bond with their Bid. The Performance Bond in an amount equal to 100% of the Estimated Contract Price.
