The Region will ONLY accept ELECTRONIC BID SUBMISSIONS submitted through the Region’s Bids and Tenders website for this Request for Tender. HARD COPY BID SUBMISSIONS WILL NOT BE ACCEPTED. Bids must be submitted and received by the Region not later than 1:00:00 p.m., local time as established by the Research Council of Canada. BRIEF DESCRIPTION OF WORK – The intent of the Work under this RFP is for the Region to obtain update information about building component conditions, evaluate remaining life and assess building life cycle. Questions related to this RFT shall be submitted to the Region through the Bidding Website by clicking on the ‘Submit a Question’ button. Re: Award of Contract No. RFP-619-22 Consulting Services for Building Condition Assessments
On behalf of the Council of The Regional Municipality of York, I wish to advise that the bid received from McIntosh Perry Consulting Engineers for Contract No RFP-619-22 Consulting Services for Building Condition Assessments has been accepted in the amount of $403,400.00 excluding HST, for a contract term of 5 years. (Term of Contract: - The term of the Contract shall be for five (5) years commencing on 12:00:01a.m. of January 1, 2023 (approximately) and ending at 11:59:59 p.m. on December 31, 2027.)
