BRIEF DESCRIPTION OF WORK: The intent of this RFI is to solicit information, determine the level of market interest and promote competition while affording firms the opportunity to provide valuable feedback to the Stakeholders in an informal and non-binding setting on digital capital delivery platforms suitable for the roads, water, and wastewater capital delivery branches of the Stakeholders.
