BRIEF DESCRIPTION OF WORK: The Regional Municipality of York is looking for a consultant to provide Building Condition Assessment Reports for various facilities.

MANDATORY REQUIREMENT

  • Any proposal received from proponents who do not have a current Good Standing Membership with the Professional Engineers of Ontario shall be rejected from further consideration.
  • Any proposal received from proponents who do not have proof of Ministry of Labour approved “Working at Heights” training and certifications shall be rejected from further consideration.
