BRIEF DESCRIPTION: A general, and not necessarily complete or exact, description of the Work is as follows: Providing all labour, materials, equipment, and services that are necessary to fulfill the requirements for janitorial services for Housing York Inc. at various locations within York Region. MEETING(s) -Bidders are invited to attend a Site Meeting starting at the first site for each Zone, and continuing in the order listed on the Bid Form, to be held on:
DEPOSIT: All Bids shall be accompanied by a bid deposit in the amount of $5,000.00 in the form of a certified cheque or bank draft for each Group the Bidder submits a bid. The cheque or bank draft should be made payable to Housing York Inc. In lieu of a certified cheque or bank draft, Bidders may submit a Letter of Credit.
