The Region will ONLY accept ELECTRONIC BID SUBMISSIONS submitted through the Region’s Bids and Tenders website for this Request for Proposal. HARD COPY BID SUBMISSIONS WILL NOT BE ACCEPTED. BRIEF DESCRIPTION OF WORK: The Services include, but are not limited to, undertaking a Feasibility Study and Conceptual Design Services for the Queensville, Holland Landing, and Sharon (QHLS) Collection System Upgrades. For this assignment, the Region is requesting Proposals from qualified consultants to undertake a feasibility study and conceptual design of the QHLS system upgrades, to conduct the following:
This assignment includes the entire QHLS system including 2nd Concession SPS, Holland Landing SPS, Queensville West SPS, Queensville East SPS (Future) and associated forcemains and chambers/valves, and the Sharon Trunk Sewer. MEETING: Bidders are invited to attend a non mandatory information meeting to be held on April 27, 2022 via Microsoft Teams, commencing at 10:00 a.m. Eastern Time. All attendees are required to contact the Purchasing Analyst listed in the Bid Document or below on or before 12 noon, April 26, 2022 to request access to the Bidders’ Meeting. QUESTIONS: Questions related to this RFP shall be submitted to the Region through the Bidding Website by clicking on the ‘Submit a Question’ button.
