The Region will ONLY accept ELECTRONIC BID SUBMISSIONS submitted through the Region’s Bids and Tenders website for this Request for Proposal. HARD COPY BID SUBMISSIONS WILL NOT BE ACCEPTED. BRIEF DESCRIPTION OF WORK: The Region is inviting Bids from qualified Bidders for the Winter Maintenance and Spring Clean-Up at York Region Transit facilities in the City of Vaughan and Township of King For complete bid details, refer to the RFT documents. BID DEPOSIT (if applicable) DEPOSIT: All Bids shall be accompanied by a bid deposit in the amount of $250,000.00 the form of a digital Bid Bond from a recognized guarantee or surety company acceptable to the Region and authorized by law to do business in the Province of Ontario. Bidders shall submit a digital Undertaking to Bond with their Bid. MEETING: N/A QUESTIONS: Questions related to this RFT shall be submitted to the Region through the Bidding Website by clicking on the ‘Submit a Question’ button. On behalf of the Council of The Regional Municipality of York, I wish to advise that the bid received from Across Canada Construction No. RFT-1178-23 – Winter Maintenance and Spring clean-up at York Region Transit Facilities in the City of Vaughan and Township of King has been accepted in the amount of $2,596,570.00, excluding HST.
Contract Term - Two years with up to three additional one-year terms
