The Region will ONLY accept ELECTRONIC BID SUBMISSIONS submitted through the Region’s Bids and Tenders website for this Request for Tender. HARD COPY BID SUBMISSIONS WILL NOT BE ACCEPTED. Any Bids received from Bidders not listed above shall be rejected from further consideration. BRIEF DESCRIPTION OF WORK - Catch basin, maintenance hole and curb repair at identified locations and emergency locations for the one year term (May 1, 2023 to April 30, 2024). DEPOSIT: All Bids shall be accompanied by a digital Bid Bond in the amount of $75,000.00 and a digital Undertaking to Bond. The forms of Bid Bond and Undertaking to Bond acceptable to the Region are attached as Schedules E and F to the Bid Form. CERTIFICATE OF RECOGNITION (CORTM): Any Bids received from Bidders who are not CORTM certified, who have not obtained CORTM equivalency or who have not submitted a valid Letter of Reciprocity shall be rejected from further consideration. On behalf of the Council of The Regional Municipality of York, I wish to advise that the bid received from Defina Haulage Ltd for Contract No. RFTC-960-22 for Catch basin, maintenance Hole and Curb Repair at Various Locations in the Regional of York has been accepted in the amount of $480,775.00, excluding HST.
