BRIEF DESCRIPTION OF WORK - The Region is inviting Bids for Elevator Maintenance as more particularly described in this RFT at York Region Transit Facilities throughout the Region. The Region is seeking a qualified Contractor to provide all labour, materials, and services that are necessary to fulfill the requirements of elevator preventative maintenance and repairs as outlined in this RFT. The Bidders’ Meeting will be held on September 16, 2019 at Richmond Hill Centre Terminal, West Elevator Tower, 8675 Yonge Street, Richmond Hill, commencing at 1:00 p.m. A bid deposit in the form of Certified Cheque in the amount of $40,000.00 is required for this tender.
