BRIEF DESCRIPTION OF WORK: This Request for Tenders (the “RFT”) is an invitation by The Regional Municipality of York (the “Region”) to prospective bidders to submit bids for environmental monitoring and reporting services in connection with the widening and reconstruction of 19^th Avenue from Bayview Avenue to Leslie Street in the City of Richmond Hill.
