DESCRIPTION OF WORK: The Region is seeking to establish a list of prequalified Lenel Onguard Value-Added Resellers for the Supply, integration and programming of Lenel Security Systems who are eligible to participate in Step 2 of the process (the “Qualified Roster”). The Qualified Roster will be requested to bid in the capacity of general contractor or subcontractor, depending on the project scope. Step 2 - Firms forming part of the Qualified Roster shall be invited to participate in future procurement processes for the provision of the Deliverables (“Roster Competitions”). In procurements where the installation of Lenel Security System is only one component of the work, the Qualified Roster may be carried as a prequalified list of subcontractors. MANDATORY REQUIREMENT(S): The respondent must be a Value Added Reseller (VAR) of the Lenel OnGuard System. Proof in the form of a formal letter from Lenel S2 Systems International, to substantiate that the respondent is currently a Lenel VAR in good standing is required. INITIAL CONTRACT TERM: Three (3) years. Reference Appendix A - RFSQ Particulars for information regarding renewal terms. For complete bid details, refer to the RFP documents.
