The Region will ONLY accept ELECTRONIC BID SUBMISSIONS submitted through the Region’s Bids and Tenders website for this Request for Tender. HARD COPY BID SUBMISSIONS WILL NOT BE ACCEPTED.

BRIEF DESCRIPTION OF WORK -  The construction of approximately 1450 m limestone trail built to the Region's and AODA standards at 5345 15th Sideroad, King Township.

DEPOSIT:   All Bids shall be accompanied by a digital Bid Bond in the amount of $40,000.00 and a digital Undertaking to Bond. The forms of Bid Bond and Undertaking to Bond acceptable to the Region are attached as Schedules A and B to the Bid Form.

CERTIFICATE OF RECOGNITION (CORTM):The Region will only accept Bids from Bidders who:
(a) are CORTM certified;
(b) have obtained a Letter of CORTM Equivalency issued by the IHSA (CORTM Equivalency); or
(c) have obtained a valid Letter of Reciprocity issued by the IHSA, indicating that they are in the process of obtaining CORTM Equivalency. A copy of the valid Letter of Reciprocity must be submitted with the Bid.

 Any Bids received from Bidders who are not CORTM certified, who have not obtained CORTM Equivalency or who have not submitted a valid Letter of Reciprocity shall be rejected from further consideration.
