BRIEF DESCRIPTION: Providing all labour, materials, equipment, and services that are necessary to fulfill the requirements of juvenile tree maintenance and mulching.
MEETING: Bidders are advised that a pre-tender submission meeting will be held on February 25, 2020 at 9:30 am at 145 Harry Walker Parkway Room 14050 in the Town of Newmarket. DEPOSIT: All Bids shall be accompanied by a bid deposit in the amount of $40,000.00 in the form of a certified cheque or bank draft. The cheque or bank draft should be made payable to The Regional Municipality of York. In lieu of a certified cheque or bank draft, Bidders may submit a Letter of Credit.
