BRIEF DESCRIPTION: York Region plants and maintains trees, shrubs and perennials on Regional road right of ways including landscaped centre medians and boulevards. These plantings are conducted throughout the Region for the purposes of creating safe and attractive streets. The Region anticipates issuing four tenders for landscape maintenance activities and watering of tree, shrub and perennial median and boulevard planters, and softscape areas on Regional road right of ways that will be released in late 2021. The locations are:
Only those general contractors prequalified will be invited to participate in the these four tenders. Re: Request for Qualification (RFPQ) No. P-20-54 for Request for Pre-qualification for General Contractors for Landscape Maintenance Activities, Including Watering at Various Locations in York Region
The Regional Municipality of York would like to thank you for responding to the Request for Proposal P-20-54. After evaluation, we are pleased to advise Forest Ridge Landscaping Inc. be pre-qualified to submit a tender in response to the Request for Tender during Stage II:
To encourage competition, a separate RFPQ No. PQ-20-145 for General Contractors for Landscape Maintenance Activities, Including Watering at Various Locations in York Region has been released which will close on July 21, 2020.
Forest Ridge Landscaping Inc., has been prequalified will not be required to submit again. All other general contractors which have not been prequalified under PQ-20-54 are welcome to submit
Prequalified contractors will be notified when the subsequent bid is being released.
