The Region will ONLY accept ELECTRONIC BID SUBMISSIONS submitted through the Region’s Bids and Tenders website for this Request for Tender. HARD COPY BID SUBMISSIONS WILL NOT BE ACCEPTED. Bids must be submitted and received by the Region no later than 1:00:00 p.m., Eastern Standard Time as established by the Research Council of Canada. BRIEF DESCRIPTION OF WORK - The Region is inviting Bids from qualified contractors to provide goods and services with respect to the Work. The Work includes, but is not limited to, the implementation of a retrofit drainage system on the existing sloped roofs, localized replacement of the soffit panels at the sloped roofs, cleaning and localized masonry wall repairs, localized regrading of the surrounding landscaping to expose bricks or installation of a granular drainage system at North Wing perimeter, localized sealant replacement, and snap cover replacement at the atrium glazing system, as further described in Appendix C – Form of Contract.
