The Region will ONLY accept ELECTRONIC BID SUBMISSIONS submitted through the Region’s Bids and Tenders website for this Request for Tender. HARD COPY BID SUBMISSIONS WILL NOT BE ACCEPTED. The following is a list of pre-qualified contractors that have been approved to bid on this Request for Tender under Request for Pre-Qualification No. PQ-20-124:
Any Bids received from Bidders not listed above shall be rejected from further consideration. BRIEF DESCRIPTION OF WORK - The Work includes, but is not limited to, upgrades to the Maple North Reservoir located at 11201 Keele Street, Vaughan and the Richmond Hill North Reservoir located at 11200 Bathurst Street, Vaughan. All Bids shall be accompanied by a digital Bid Bond in the amount of $250,000.00 and a digital Undertaking to Bond. The forms of Bid Bond and Undertaking to Bond acceptable to the Region are attached as Schedules A and B to the Bid Form. Meeting: A Non mandatory Bidders’ Meeting will be held on September 8, 2021 at Richmond Hill North Reservoir - 11200 Bathurst St, Maple ON L6A 1G2, starting at 9 am. The purpose of the meeting is to clarify information in the Bid Documents as well as the electronic submission requirements.
Questions: Questions related to this RFT shall be submitted to the Region through the Bidding Website by clicking on the ‘Submit a Question’ button. All questions and responses will be issued in an addendum. Certificate of Recognition (CORTM): Any Bids received from Bidders who have not registered for the CORTM Safety Program with the IHSA shall be rejected from further consideration. Re: Award of Contract No. RFTC-275-21 - Richmond Hill North Reservoir and Maple North Reservoir Upgrades
