BRIEF DESCRIPTION OF WORK: Seeking a multi-disciplinary consultant for the development and construction of a new joint Fire Hall (“FH”) and Paramedic Response Station (“PRS”).

MANDATORY REQUIREMENT: 

• Ontario Association of Architects License and Registration: The proposed key personnel for the Principle/Architect role must be able to provide evidence of OAA (Ontario Association of Architects) license and registration.

• Ontario Engineering License and Registration: For each Engineer (Electrical, Mechanical, Civil & Structural) the key personnel listed in the proposal must be able to provide evidence of a valid PEO Ontario Professional Engineering License and Certificate of Authorization and registration.

  Any proposal received from proponents who are not compliant with a mandatory requirement shall be rejected from further consideration.
