The Region will ONLY accept ELECTRONIC BID SUBMISSIONS submitted through the Region’s Bids and Tenders website for this Request for Proposal. HARD COPY BID SUBMISSIONS WILL NOT BE ACCEPTED. BRIEF DESCRIPTION OF WORK: The Region is inviting Proposals from qualified individuals and firms to provide the Services with respect to the Project as described in Section 6 of this RFP.
NEW SITE MEETING: A Bidders Meeting will be held at 145 Harry Walker Parkway, Newmarket, Ontario at 10:00 am, meeting in the North parking lot by the Shipping and Receiving area. The Bidders Meeting is not a mandatory meeting. QUESTIONS: Questions related to this RFP shall be submitted to the Region through the Bidding Website by clicking on the ‘Submit a Question’ button. On behalf of the Council of The Regional Municipality of York, I wish to advise that the bid received from David Carter Architects Inc. for Contract No. RFP-690-22 for Consulting Services for the Warehouse Upgrades at 145 Harry Walker Pkwy has been accepted in the amount of $399,252.00 excluding HST, for a contract term which indicates The Services shall be completed on or before December 31, 2025.
