BREIF DESCRIPTION OF WORK: The Region is seeking climate change mitigation and adaptation strategies in the form of climate change action plans (“Climate Change Action Plans”) (the “Deliverables”) for the following Paramedic Response Station (“PRS”) buildings: 

• PRS #10 Pefferlaw at 16 Hastings Road, Georgina, ON (“PRS #10”)
• PRS #12 Keswick at 160 Morton Avenue, Georgina, ON (“PRS #12”)
• PRS #13 East Gwillimbury at 19442 2^nd Concession Road, East Gwillimbury, ON (“PRS #13”)
• PRS #19 Newmarket South East at 415 Harry Walker Parkway South, Newmarket, ON (“PRS #19”)
• PRS #23 Markham at 280 Church Street, Markham, ON (“PRS #23”)
• PRS #25 Markham SE at 5600 14^th Avenue, Markham, ON (“PRS #25”)

The Climate Change Action Plans will be specific to each building and achieve climate change resiliency with a step-wise plan to transition the buildings to net-zero operational carbon emissions by 2045.
