BRIEF DESCRIPTION OF WORK -  The Region is inviting Bids from contractors for the prequalification of General Contractors, Mechanical Subcontractors and Electrical Subcontractors for the Nobleton Sewage Pumping Station upgrades, as further described in Section A of the RFTC Particulars (Appendix A) (the “Deliverables”). 

MEETING: A non-mandatory Bidder's site meeting will be held on August 28, 2024 from 1:30 p.m. to 3:30 p.m. at 66 Janet Avenue, King City. Personal Protective Equipment in the form for a hard hat, vest and safety shoes are to be worn. All bidders are encouraged to submit any questions to the Region using the ‘Submit a Question’ feature in the Bidding Website before or after the information meeting. Although the meeting is not mandatory it is highly recommended.

MANDATORY REQUIREMENTS:

• CERTIFICATE OF RECOGNITION (CORTM): Any Bids received from Bidders who are not CORTM certified, who have not obtained CORTM equivalency or who have not submitted a valid Letter of Reciprocity shall be rejected from further consideration. CORTM is only required from the General Contractors.
