The Region will ONLY accept ELECTRONIC BID SUBMISSIONS of Responses submitted through the Region’s Bids and Tenders website for this Tender. HARD COPY BID SUBMISSIONS WILL NOT BE ACCEPTED. Bids must be submitted and received by the Region no later than 1:00:00 p.m., Eastern Standard Time as established by the Research Council of Canada. PREQUALIFICATION REQUIRED: The following is a list of prequalified contractors that have been approved to bid on this Request for Tender under Request for Prequalification No. RFPQ-1157-23
Any submission received from vendors not listed above shall be rejected from further consideration.

Roads Operations Centre at 16042 Woodbine Avenue, Town of Whitchurch- Stouffville, Ontario has been accepted in the amount of $9,738,745.82, excluding HST. This award is for a term 330 working days from notice to commence. (Term of Contract: 330 Working Days from Notice to Commence)
