On behalf of the Council of The Regional Municipality of York, I wish to advise that the bid received from Convertus Group North America Holding Inc. for Contract No. P-20-276 for York Regions Organic Waste Transportation and Processing Services has been accepted in the amount of $490,000,000.00 excluding HST. (Term: 20 years)
