The Region will ONLY accept ELECTRONIC BID SUBMISSIONS submitted through the Region’s Bids and Tenders website for this Request for Tender. HARD COPY BID SUBMISSIONS WILL NOT BE ACCEPTED. Bids must be submitted and received by the Region not later than 1:00:00 p.m., local time as established by the Research Council of Canada.
DESCRIPTION: The Regional Municipality of York (the “Region”) intends to The Regional Municipality of York (the “Region”) intends to establish a list of service providers for Part A - Homemakers Services; and Part B - Foot Care Nurse Services to provide the deliverables described in Section A of the RFSQ Particulars (Appendix A) (the “Deliverables”), and has adopted the following process for procuring the Deliverables: Step 1 – Prequalification of Service providers (RFSQ-513-22) Establish a list of prequalified service providers who are eligible to participate in Step 2 of the process (the “Qualified Roster”) Step 2 – Rotational Assignments On a rotational basis, assign service providers on the Qualified Roster for the provision of the Deliverables for an assignment (“Roster Assignments”) This Request for Supplier Qualifications (“RFSQ”) is an invitation by the Region to prospective respondents to participate in Step 1 of the procurement process outlined above. Only prequalified service providers on the Qualified Roster will be permitted to participate in Step 2 of the procurement process outlined above. Service Providers have the option of requesting to be prequalified in either Part A, Part B or both Part A and Part B services. The Qualified Roster will be valid for a period of five (5) years from the date specified in the Region’s notification to the service providers on the Qualified Roster (the “Roster Validity Period”) or until terminated by the Region, whichever is earlier.
