The Region will ONLY accept ELECTRONIC BID SUBMISSIONS submitted through the Region’s Bids and Tenders website for this Request for Tender. HARD COPY BID SUBMISSIONS WILL NOT BE ACCEPTED. Bids must be submitted and received by the Region no later than 1:00:00 p.m., Eastern Standard Time as established by the Research Council of Canada. BREIF DESCRIPTION OF WORK: The Deliverables include, but are not limited to, the supply and delivery of personal protective equipment (PPE) on an as-needed basis to York Region's long term care homes and adult day programs. For complete bid details, refer to the RFT documents. BIDDER'S MEETING: A site visit / information meeting will not be held for this RFT. Re: Award of Contract No. RFT-1608-24 Personal Protective Equipment for York Region’s Long-Term Care Homes and Adult Day Programs
On behalf of the Council of The Regional Municipality of York, I wish to advise that the bid received from AG Marketing & Development Group Inc for Contract No. RFT-1608-24 for Personal Protective Equipment for York Region’s Long-Term Care Homes and Adult Day Programs, has been accepted in the amount of $260,658.18, excluding HST. This award is for a term of one year and includes an option for the Region to renew the contract, at its sole discretion, for up to four additional one-year terms.
