Description: 

The Region will ONLY accept ELECTRONIC BID SUBMISSIONS submitted through the Region’s Bids and Tenders website for this Request for Tender. HARD COPY BID SUBMISSIONS WILL NOT BE ACCEPTED. Bids must be submitted and received by the Region no later than 1:00:00 p.m., Eastern Standard Time as established by the Research Council of Canada.

BREIF DESCRIPTION OF WORK: The Deliverables include, but are not limited to, both exterior and interior window cleaning services at various York Region facilities. For complete bid details, refer to the RFT documents.

MANADATORY REQUIREMENTS:

  • DEPOSIT:  All Bids shall be accompanied by an Electronic Funds Transfer (EFT) or Wire Transfer in the amount of $20,000.00. 
  • QUALIFICATIONS: Suppliers must confirm that all staff conducting the Work hold the required qualifications as set out in the RFT documents.

BIDDER'S MEETING: Bidders are invited to attend a site visit / information meeting to be held on the date, time and place set out on the Bidding Website. Attendance is recommended but not mandatory.  For details regarding the site visit /information meeting, refer to the “Meeting Details” section below.
