The Region will ONLY accept ELECTRONIC BID SUBMISSIONS submitted through the Region’s Bids and Tenders website for this Request for Tender. HARD COPY BID SUBMISSIONS WILL NOT BE ACCEPTED. Bids must be submitted and received by the Region not later than 1:00:00 p.m., local time as established by the Research Council of Canada. BRIEF DESCRIPTION OF WORK – The Regional Municipality of York, on behalf of York Region Rapid Transit Corporation (“YRRTC”) is inviting Proposals from the following Consultants, who have been pre-qualified under RFPQ-18-026-RT Request for Pre-Qualification for Environmental Consulting Services (“RFPQ”), to provide submissions for the provision of environmental risk assessment services (“Services”) at the vacant properties with addresses 151, 157 to 159, and 161 Davis Drive, Newmarket, Ontario, and environmental remediation services at the neighbouring residences north of 151, 157 to 159, and 161 Davis Drive, in the Town of Newmarket, ON:

On behalf of the Council of The Regional Municipality of York, I wish to advise that the bid received from ECOH Management Inc. for Contract No. RFP-19-009-RT for Consulting Services for Off-Site Environmental Remediation and On-Site Environmental Risk Assessment Services for 151, 157 to 159 and 161 Davis Drive in Newmarket ONhas been accepted in the amount of $1,118,460.00, excluding HST.
