The Region will ONLY accept ELECTRONIC BID SUBMISSIONS submitted through the Region’s Bids and Tenders website for this Request for Tender. HARD COPY BID SUBMISSIONS WILL NOT BE ACCEPTED. Any Bids received from Bidders not listed above shall be rejected from further consideration. BRIEF DESCRIPTION OF WORK - The
Region is inviting Bids from qualified contractors to provide goods and
services with respect to the Work. The Work includes, but is not limited to,
provide snow removal, hauling and disposal services along the Rapid Transit
Corridor on Davis Drive between Yonge Street and Huron Heights Drive/Alexander
Road, in the Town of Newmarket for the 2018-2019 operating season. All Bids shall be accompanied by a digital Bid Bond in
the amount of $40,000.00 and a digital Undertaking to Bond. The
forms of Bid Bond and Undertaking to Bond acceptable to the Region are attached
as Schedules A and B to the Bid Form. All Queries regarding the tender documents shall be
